So I'm planning on releasing the sequel to Dashie's Relaxation in three chapters, much like I did with the first one. However, I'm not sure if I should do what I did with the first and release it all at the same time, or if I should release each chapter as it's written. I'm close to done with the first chapter, but wondering what I should do here.
If I release all together, obviously you'll have to wait longer to see any of it, but it'll all be there with no more waiting for more. But if I release it chapter-by-chapter, you may see the first chapter as early as tomorrow, but will have to wait to see the other two.
Thoughts?
Honestly, you should do it chapter by chapter.
It's up to you. You can release them all at once, or do it chapter-by-chapter. Whatever's best for you.
It might just be that in horribly impatient and want to see this sequel ASAP, but I think it'd be better to release it chapter by chapter. Ultimately, though, do what you feel is best.
I think you should release it chapter by chapter. That way, you can get input from readers, support, and all that good stuff. I don't think you'd get as much of it if you released it as a full-fledged thing.
Also, I just wanna say I'm super excited for this. S'gonna be amazing.
chapters , just don't fucking charge for each new one.....
It seems the common consensus is to release chapter by chapter, so the overall quality of the fic could be improved. Not to say that it wont be good, of course.
