Minor update on chapter one.

Just dropping by to let you guys know I am still on it and that rewriting the first chapter was the right idea. I have more ideas now that ever. In case you missed my previous blog update, I had already written a great deal without knowing one rule regarding the use of existing fiction.

I cannot even look at the old draft now without feeling severely embarrassed about myself. I thought I had a lot of ideas on how to write this story of mine before, but now I know I was just scraping the surface of possibilities.

Anyway, I should be able to submit my first chapter around the weekend. Friday, with luck. Many thanks to Obselescence for putting me on the right track!
