As far as I know, Eris H Discordia was the first person with that name, and a few friends of hers had names related to hers that ended with H Discordia. The bandwagon eventually took off and names started becoming H Discordia all over the place, then they of course had to do what the Lunar Republic shit thing did and they invented an opposing side, H Harmonia.
It's whatevs, man. Let people do what they do.

She is purportedly sexy in speech. AFAIK, there's been no verification that she is even really a she, instead of just a bored dude who likes to cocktease. She PMs incessantly (and regularly hits the PM cap... did you know that even exists?), has sexy ponies as her avatar picture, and is ridiculously active, like, all the time.
As far as who this mystery person is IRL, I've no idea. I started following Eris's friends back when their followers were in the single digits; I'm guessing this popularity explosion is not going to end well for the real-life person on the other end when they inevitably crash.
