2992157 I don't exactly know. I think it's a combination of views, thumbs-up, number of comments, etc. A few of my stories have made it onto there, though the featured box (the top left of the front page, which lists 10 stories) is the real challenge. I've had two stories in there, but neither of them remained there for long.
