this is true but I am more surprised at #3.
and at the same time vary concerned about who will be leaving the story and how.

Well, with how long relationships last in your story, I don't see why you can't do the top 3-4 choices :p

Aww. Didn't mean it to be mean. But it wouldn't exactly feel out of place for your story if she hooked up with Silver first then Meadow, or vice versa. And assuming she is not killed, she should be in the story long enough for both relationships to have time to develop. As well as a chunk of time off screen (almost inevitable if she hooks up with Meadow anyways) and possibly getting hurt (either physically or just emotionally, which could also be the trigger that leads to her switching stallions).
Also, not suggesting she change stallions as quickly as she changed names, but like 10-40 chapters apart, maybe even with a good chunk of single time in between.

Honestly though, the one constant with relationships in your story, particularly involving Silver, is change. Things get better or worse, but sure won't stay the same.

Very interesting... basically, there's almost an even three-way split with those who want her to be with Silver, those who want her to be with Meadow, and those who want her gone. What's more notable is that none of these options managed to capture a majority of votes - so basically, there's no overriding opinion with regards to how her character should be developed.

I'm curious if you're going with the "most votes wins" option, or if you're going to try and blend the highest votes somewhat. Both options have their merit, though the latter one may be difficult to pull off (particularly since the "she goes off-screen" option flies in the face of her being with Silver).

Personally, I'm just glad that the option I voted for came out on top.
