Finally, some decent spring weather!

Gotta love Atlantic Canada, eh? The picture above is actually from 2010, but it certainly gets the point across. The picture below, however, was from about two hours ago:

I'm going to get a lot of writing done today... I can feel it in my toes! I can't feel anything else in my toes, but that's no big deal: If the numbness doesn't go away, I can always go back to typing with my fingers.

Such a relief! We had gone like a whole week without snow where I'm at. Parts of the ground were starting to become visible! But thanks to mother nature, we've got a blizzard to fix all that crazyness.

My lifesaver is a very expensive stand-up air conditioner we got recently. This wnter may be cold and snowy, but our last summer was searingly hot for months at a time.
