If this clip doesn't tell you enough about the quality and heart in this amazing series, then I don't know what will.

Oh my god, this two-parter was absolutely amazing. Not only do we get to see some fighting against evil gems, but we get incredible levels of development for Garnet in only a few minutes. I just... I have no words for this.

Steven Universe is becoming quick competition for MLP as my favorite American cartoon series.

Plus, we're practically sister-fandoms, since we share so many traits:
Mostly-female cast with a token male? Check.
Defies most stereotypes of female-cast shows? Check.
Originally written by a woman? Check
Written with tons of little references and immeasurable amounts of love? Check.
