Coalition of United Worlds Part 1

Hello my lovely followers thought I might share some concepts that have been rattling around in my head for a few weeks now. This is the first of a multiple blog posts and I would appricate if anyone has any ideas or if they want to write there accompanyment fiction to the Coalition.

The Coalition of United worlds: While this isn't an story idea in of itself it does act as glue to a set of stories I wish to Write. First of the Coalition is a group of worlds across the multiverse that have banded together for a common defense against outside forces though the world handles there own internal problems they can if need be call on each other for help.

The capital and central pillar of these worlds is United New Equestria: Original the two separate worlds of Equuis and Earth a magical accident caused Equuis to begin bleeding into Earth. This in turn caused the creation of the barrier an ever expanding mass of magic which became self-perpetuating sublimating earth’s mass into Equuis. In the beginning Princess Celestia went to that earth’s equivalent of Nato both sides trying to find a way to stop the barrier. Unfortunately any organic or inorganic material that wasn’t common to both sides just became magic backwash inside the barrier. In effort to keeping human culture from disappearing and to by time some of the greatest minds on boths sides worked tirelessly on a formula that converted humans in ponies thus preventing them becoming fuel for the barrier.

There was problem though in that these new foals had no innate magic of there own even though they where now safe from the barrier they would still die within weeks of conversion. In order to subbort these new foals with dire warnings of her sister celestia tapped the vast might of her own sun extinguishing it’s light and using magic to support these new foals. In the exchange earth sun became tethered to celestia in much the same as the old even the new foals in part became part of her gving them innate magic of there own. Unfortunately this had the side of effect of slowly driving her insane from the raw power and all the spirits now connected to her driving her to convert more and more humans unwillingly into new foals.

Thus began the riots even as the barrier expanded humans fearing for themselves and conversion bureaus being rapidly created by order of Celestia herself. While her subjects grew weary of this forced conversion they did nothing and only Luna dared act. Setting out from the safety of the castle walls she gathered a cabal of ponie and humans including, the elements who felt Celestia had lost sight of her goals, and the remaining military might of earth, as well as finding an unlikely ally in form of the Changeling Queen and Celestia former pupil Sunset.

Celestia seeing her sister turned against her and in her mind fearing that Luna was once more nightmare moon turned the might of Equestria on the so called Human Liberation Front. The skirmishes finally culminating in battle over the skies of Paris Celestia powered by the might of her New Foals and the sun cast down Luna in the streets of Paris. Before the sun tyrant could siphon her magic and kill her Luna transferred her powers to another, Celestia’s own pupil the one who had with the help her friends bested Discord, The unicorn Twilight Sparkle.

In surge of magic that was seen for miles though only a observed by few Twilight ascended though she would have been found had her friends not acted quickly nor if the changeling queen not bought them time. In a rage Celestia at lose of Luna’s magic, the madness having fully taken Celestia, she beat her sister to death putting her on display in Canterlot. Tracking down the magic surge she was intercepted by the changeling queen who in her grieve lashed out at the sun tyrant and would have died had she not been dragged from the battle by her own guards.

Having long learned the lesson that power corrupts Twilight now powerful as if not more powerful than Luna had been gave up her element of magic to Sunset. The ceremony converting the crown into a necklace of Sunset’s cutie mark a strong bond between the seven of them having been formed while fighting Celestia. Together the seven of them formed there own barrier which stalled the original though it did not stop it. Leaving there allies behind the seven of them confronted Celestia at the castle of the two pony sisters the seven of them used the power of the elements and twilight’s Alicorn might severed Celestia from the New foals and the sun reducing her power to near nothing but, a raving lunatic. Unfortunately twilight realized that new foals would collapse without something to support them, as well as the barrier while delayed was not stopped, Twilight took on the burdens. Unlike Celestia though she shared the burden between her friends transforming them. Though they didn’t become Alicorns they became immortal as she forever bonded together and though they knew that the barrier had gone to far to stop they could change it’s nature. No longer did it sublimate creatures into magical fuel, it did finally combine the mass of the two worlds.

Of the course of the few weeks the first act of the seven was to remove Luna from battlements of Canterlot and provide her with a state funeral with full honors. Shortly after Celestia was sent to trial for war crimes her words being “I did what she had to do.” Showing no remorse she was sentenced to death by beheading. Her body was burned to a crisp her ashes secretly gathered by Sunset and Twilight and entombed with her sister. He head still somehow alive and aware was placed secretly in catacombs under Canterlot so no one would know she was still alive. Those that blindly followed Celestia where also placed on Trial most pleading guilty and where forced to make reparation as they could. They guilt carried by Equestrian citizens running deep the bureaus where torn down or converted for better purposes.

The human the scant few thousand that where left where given a chance to remain in the New Equestria though most declined forming colonies far as they could from the ones that they blamed for there near extinction. Twilight having become an Alicorn was crowned under Chrysalis’s advisement as Queen of New Equestria, for her part Queen Chrysalis having grown to respect the newly crowned monarch remained at her side though still mourning Luna. The Changelings quickly became something a welcome sight no long need to steal love to sustain themselves as they where now considered war heroes. The seven now carrying the burden of the Newfoals supporting each other preventing themselves from become mad as Celestia been each visiting the made monarch to remind themselves of what not to do.
