Out of the blue comes Unicarny with a great piece of cover art for the story I'm currently writing! I think it's got that great sci-fi feel to it. Giving hints but not the whole thing away. I'm excited! Someone thought enough of the story to make cover art! Yay!
Again, thank you all for reading this story of mine. I love the comments, the ideas, the just plain enthusiasm you folks all have for it. I had no idea there were this many Bolo fans, or future fans out there! I wonder if Amazon is wondering why there's a run on Bolo books all of a sudden?
As an aside just in case, I depart from canon on a few things. Most notably the size of the Everfree. In this Alt Universe, it's huge, really huge. This is to give the story a big more larger scale than just a small patch of forest. I know that's not exactly the way it should be, and I'm sure some folks will not be happy. But all I can say it helps me give the story more punch. Not that there hasn't been some neat things up until now!
So bear with me. You've all been with me through the laughs, the tears, those silent moments, the "YEAH!" moments. There's more to come, there's a lot more story to tell!

Crusader's brown? Celestia dammit, I thought he was grey! Then again I am color blind... Hold on is he actually brown? Because that could be a dark green given my eyes >.> I need to know for potential fan art I may or may not be doing/have done. Seriously though, actually color blind, hex values for colors appreciated.

You know, I think wasn't a bolo fan until a few years ago, randomly found a copy of (what's the one with the bolo on the frontier world, where the commander gets injured and the local gov takes over and uses the bolo to oppress? Has a pic of a bolo and a kid with like a teddy bear and a BBC gun on the cover?) Had never heard of them before, got myself hooked , and although legacy was a crossover I never expected to see, I enjoy your characterization of the bolo, and find your story quite well written

That's the one! Weirdest thing, when I say found, I mean literally. I was staffing a scifi con at the time, and the poor thing was just laying in a hallway. Owner never turned up, no reresponses to the lost and found email/etc, so I decided to give it a good home
