I'm Back · 8:39pm Jul 4th, 2012
So, I went to DC. It was awesome (Save for the almost-hurricane that put out the hotel power, setting off the fire alarm that soaked the rooms with sprinklers, ruining everyone's good night sleep). And now I'm back. I am working on my long, potentially 100K story titled "The Day The Sun Went Dark." And, just so you people don't get antsy, here's a teaser for you:
"At first, it was just small things, such as clouds, airborne leaves, and the like that fell. It wasn't terribly abnormal, it had been sporadically occurring quite a lot before this. Considering this was a blackout, it made it even more likely. Nopony was worried about anything else, nopony thought that the backup systems would fail. But they did. And the skycities fell."
And that's all you get. :D If you were in the royalroad IRC channel when I pitched this idea, you would know its epicness. Trust me. This is just a small snippet of its awesome. So, anyway, it may be published tonight, maybe in two weeks. Hell if I know. Well, I hope my teaser will keep you on your toes.
That wouldn't be Washington Dc would it? Because I'm going there... in about a month or two. Pulling a very straight face

Yes, Washington DC.
212443 Oh. Well either way I find all forms of information relevant. Except for those times when the boys at my school drive me insane because they think I'm gay and I'm a bit of a homophobe. Screw them. I'm 100% straight and I can prove it. Just please don't ask me to. It's a bit annoying really.
