You guys rock Woo Hoo! · 9:20am Jan 30th, 2015
My original goal was to write a story that reached 1000k likes. Only then would I deem myself ready to start the SCI Fi novel that I have been planning for 5 years.
I can't believe I did it! Also 191 crazy people decided to follow this crazy pony!
I couldn't have done it without you guys and my editors.
Don't worry, I'm not done here yet. I do plan on finishing my stories here and continuing to do more. I just needed to get a lot of kinks out before I tackled my attempt at getting published. You might say I'm nowhere near published quality (duh) based on what you read here, but that is the point. I learned so much from writing here, from POV, dialogue (my favorite thing), characterization, tone, pros, you name it.
I also learned how to turn criticism into better writing.
I just wanted you all to know that you have been part of helping me with a big personal goal of mine.

On another note I know I don't update my stories very quickly. It is a constant struggle for me between business and video games (yeah). So thanks for putting up with that.
I also have a girl/mare friend Obsidian Muffin, whose dad apparently wanted to carve my favorite pony for Christmas (no joke). He just asked her and she gave him a rough sketch.
Obsidian made the felt Spanner (above left) for me.
Here is what I drew for her on my I pad for Christmas.
Happy late New Year!
I will now try to improve my writing efficiency. It will probably go as well as this...
Congratulations! That's quite a milestone. But I don't think that its the sole milestone by which you should measure your abilities.
Finish a Troll Through the Park, and you will have finished a novel. That means that if nothing else, you're capable of writing one.
But anyway, that's great, and you have every right to be proud.
