Got a new story for y'all! Where There is Smoke is intended to be a much more adventurous episode. It was also inspired somewhat by the recent heat wave we got over here hehehe. Maybe this time it won't feel so short? FredMSloniker has real life stuff to keep him busy so I've published it without his expert counsel, thus if you spot anything glaring then you should feel free to point out my horrible mistake. Fred does excelent work and I owe him a lot, but I sometime feel like I'm imposing on him too much.
I'm also working on a fourth story at the same time so updates might not be quite as prompt as in the past, I hope everypony understands. I just couldn't let this one story sit in my brain while I worked on the other, it just wanted to get out! Who am I to deny a story existance?
I'm all to familiar with that feeling of imposition, times two no less, as I use a pair of editors. Though in some ways that also makes me less reliant on either one, as they are rarely both too busy to help at the same time. Plus, I'm equally willing to let them return the favor an impose on me. So I'm probably just L!Rarity at worst.
I also get the whole story that MUST be written concept. That's exactly what happened with EoI, when I was supposed to be writing RiFoHH instead. I'm not writing both at the same time yet, slow updating being more the fault of a lack of motivation. Oddly I might just pick up the pace a wee bit if I get around doing both at the same time, since I could hopefully use each as alternative to the other during bouts of writer's block.
Anyway good luck with the new fic, I'm off to read that now.
