    New Cover Art

Thanks to Mix-up, Empire and Rebellion now has a swanky new piece of cover art. I wonder what it could portend for the future...

    The Rebels Finale

So, out of some warped curiosity, I decided to take a look to see what had become of Nucanon's latest dumpster fire. Perhaps some part of me still hoped that someone on staff had a clue on how to make a good story.

    Nope.

    I'm through with Disney Canon

I'm sure a lot of you were wondering where I've been, and the answer boils down to being busy and having my computer (and all the chapters I had written) succumb to technical issues.

The next chapter of Friendship is Grievous is underway, but in the meantime I found a short video that I think the fans of the story might like:

Enjoy!

Now, what they do with the war prisoners?

OMG i love this cartoon :pinkiegasp:. I own both the dvds :pinkiehappy:

love the genny tatavorsky clone wars series

one of my favourite series

Awww, the original Star Wars cartoons. Good times good times. But if I remember correctly from the cartoon, doesn't the republic make a comeback after the separatist victories? Or does general grievous invade corascuant.... Ah well.

Also, Hailfire droids are best droids. :trollestia:

Coincidentally I re-watched this series only a while ago, almost right after Friendship is Grievous began. It's exactly the right amount of gritty, adventurous and exotic Star Wars that the original trilogy had going on. The characters here are good, which only showcases further how utterly terrible the writing and directing were in the prequels. It wasn't afraid to let the Separatists win and it didn't make the villains into mundane Saturday morning villains.

It really makes me wish that we could have had this for six seasons instead of The Clone Wars 2008 series. While the 2008 series is still decent, the Genndy Tartakovsky series is a more refined package of great action and character moments. Even for Grievous despite him barely having any dialog.

And since you linked this video to us, I suppose it indicates that this is what will now happen to Equestria as well.

2748394 The general grievous parts were the best and the fact that they had no dialogue only made it better because it let you focus on the action and it added to his intimidation factor because you did not know what he was thinking or going to do next.

Heaven Above, I hope this isn't a reflection of what's going to happen to Equestria...! Cause, you know, I know people. I can find things out. Have things done. :pinkiecrazy: Treat Equestria right, or Grievous will be the LEAST of your problems.

that was depressing....

TAKE NO PRISONERS... KILL THEM ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!:flutterrage:
