    Alright.

PSA to whatever amount of followers actually read this bullshit anymore - I'm quitting FIMFiction. This blog post will be my last. I will no longer post on this account. I say those specific words because maybe I will come back but I do not wish to constantly have the name and standards of TPR on it. This is a personal issue of my own, influenced by many things (anxiety, depression, life in

    I'm not dead. I guess?

Hi, everyone. Reagan / Toni / The Princess Rarity here. I assume most of you thought I was dead, quit the site, et cetera. Obviously, this is not the case. I have no good excuses for my hiatus - I mean, sure, there's school and work and anxiety and other fandoms, along with life in general - but oh, well. Sorry I've been gone so long.

New year, and somewhat new me!

Hey, guys. Long time, no see, right? I mean, aside from the occasional blog post or very rare story, you don’t see me as often as you’d like. I guess that’s expected, seeing how 2015 has been quite the rollercoaster for me; and I’m assuming the same for some of you guys as well. Which is why I’d like to take but a few minutes of time to explain some stuff to you guys.

Don't ask me what this is, because I don't even know.

I honestly just sat down and wrote this in one sitting because feelings. It's not much, really, it should be classified as a drabble but it's whatever, I guess. I'm only posting it here because it follows the word guideline limits.

Ask Grace & Coco anything! · 8:34pm Jan 24th, 2015

So seeing how I'm bored out of my mind and wanted to do an AMA, I figured it was too much of the same old junk. After browsing through my stories because I couldn't think of anything, it hit me! Not quite literally, but you get my point. Due to my extreme boredom and the fact I owe you guys stuff with these two, I shall roleplay as your favorite Manehattan mares if you ask them questions!

It's simple, just like a regular Ask Me Anything, just clarify who you're asking the question to.

Grace's responses will be in this fabulous purple color and Coco's are in this adorable blue.

Go nuts, people!

and i pinkie promise you'll get a new predicaments chapter before February

Comments ( 42 )

Coco, loads of the brony fandom consider you adorable and even dub you "best pony". What do you think of this?

Grace, what do YOU think of this?

What do you two think about your neighbors, Octavia and Scratch?

2744354 Brony... fandom? I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you're talking about.

What?! Why's she the best one? I'm cute too!

Now, Grace, you don't have to be jealous-

-I ain't jealous!

*sighs* Why did I agree to doing this with you?

...I dunno. But I'm gonna go figure out what the hay this dude is talking about and why you're the best and no one loves me.

It's okay, Grace, I love you and you'll always be best backgrounder.

I really need to read this story. :twilightsheepish:

2744363 Oh, now that's a riot of a story!

Not this again...

Shut up, I'm telling a story. Now, Scratch -- the DJ -- she said hi to me and Coco when we moved in, right? Octavia, she brought us cookies, so that was nice of her, but when Coco and I started arguing about where to put the couch, 'cause apparently she knows everything about design, Scratch went and said "Happy wife, happy life, remember that one." and from then on out, Coco never wanted to talk to her again and I laughed my flank off.

...yes. That happened. Besides, the DJ plays her music too loud, and she's a little too obnoxious for my tastes. I don't care for her much.

Oh, you just need to get a sense of humor and good taste in music beyond Bridleway songs.

*rolls eyes*

What's the weirdest thing that happened since you two started living together?

So the two of you came from Ponyville, eh? What was your foalhood like? Who were some of your friends there?

2744393 Definitely the issue with our neighbors, Scratch and Octavia.

Undoubtedly.

2744397 Actually, I'm from Mustangia, but I used to live Ponyville once in a while; every summer, actually. My closest friend lived there; but we didn't have much in common. We had no parents and we were farm fillies, that was it. Still, we were friends. I used to write letters to her, but I haven't seen her in such a long time...

Don't get all sappy on us, Coco.

I was not-- oh, fine. Now, I was raised by an overprotective aunt and that wasn't a whole lot of fun, but the rural area where I lived in Mustangia was nice. I had a few friends there. Not many foals in the small town were like me, but I was fine with that. All in all, I had a decent foalhood.

Ponyville was... eh, how do I put this?

Hold back on the vulgarity, we're talking to respectable ponies here.

Yeah, yeah, I know. Anyway, Ponyville was a wasteland when I was growing up there. Well, maybe that's a little harsh, but it was pretty shi- *ahem* crappy. Yeah. That's the word for it. Not much there, which is why I left as soon as I could. My ma was around once in a while, but I was kinda dependent for myself most of the time. As for friends, I got a few here and there scattered everywhere, but Manehattan is where it all happens for me.

What about ponyville do you enjoy the most? (Extra for Grace: what's the best new thing in the village?)

2744429 The small town part of it all. I've always liked rural areas, even if I feel like I'm a city pony at heart.

A good thing about Ponyville? That's gonna be hard. Geez. I mean, I like how you can hop a fence at the edge of town and keep running. As for new stuff, I haven't been home in such a long time, but I heard they got a good bakery there. I oughta visit it sometime.

For the both of you:

1. Given a choice between Chrysalis, Tirek, and the Sirens, who would you rather be stranded on a deserted island with?

2. Button Mash or Dinky Hooves; who would you risk snuggling to death?

3. Have you two gotten a room yet? Any secret crushes? Fictional characters count.

4. Which princess would you bet money on winning X sporting event?

5. How does it feel to know that twenty (or less) minutes of your life was witnessed by millions of people?

If either of you got princess powers for a day, what would you do?

This is for both of you.

Can I ship it?

2744417 Farm filly? You mean Applejack?

For Coco: What was it like working on costumes for a musical production?
Questions for the both of them:
1. Favorite Manehattan hang out?
2. Who is your favorite Equestrian princess? (Celestia, Luna, Cadence, or Twilight)
3. Where would you want to go in Equestria for a vacation?

Dear Coco Pommel,
1. What sector in Manehattan do you live?
2. I found this picture this afternoon on a girl's shirt: theexceptionalcreative.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/coco.jpg
Like it?

The one that got away,
White Starr

2744438

Given a choice between Chrysalis, Tirek, and the Sirens, who would you rather be stranded on a deserted island with?

The Sirens. They're a legend, they ain't real. I'd die if I ended up with the Tirek dude, and changelings seem like pervs. Coco would answer, but she's too busy hiding under a blanket. She's scared stiff of those things.

Button Mash or Dinky Hooves; who would you risk snuggling to death?

Who are those ponies?

...

For the love of Equestria, get out from under the blanket, Coco! I won't let creepy changelings eat your flesh! I don't even think that's what they do!

Any secret crushes?

Grace and Baymont sitting in a tree~

OH, NOW YOU TALK. WHY, I OUGHTA-- *clears throat* I'm not crushing on Mon- Baymont. We went to one concert and that is it. Besides, it took you weeks to say hi to Silver what's-his-name.

Touche.

Which princess would you bet money on winning a sporting event?

Don't get me started on the monarchy...

Most likely Princess Twilight. She seems like the most experienced out of them all, that she knows what she's doing. I respect all four of them, but Princess Twilight has shown more power than the other three.

How does it feel to know that twenty (or less) minutes of your life was witnessed by millions of people?

You mean like reality tv?! Cool!

...I feel violated.

2744463 Eliminate work, make Manehattan the capital of the world, and command the Royal Guard to be my harem!

Perhaps go for a flight, and cast a few spells. It would be nice to experience other pony species' abilities.

...wow, you're boring.

2744593 ...um, say what now?

I have no idea what that means.

psst yes you can :P go nuts i don't care have fun with it

2744684 Yes! Back then, when I first met her, she went by Jackie, though. I lost contact with her for a few years, but it was so nice to see her again back when she stopped by with her friends in Manehattan! We didn't even recognize each other at first, although now we've slowly rebuilt our friendship.

Coco, if you could work for any fashion designer, who would it be? Also, which show on Bridleway would you like to work costumes on?
Grace, what is the weirdest thing that has happened to you?
Both of you, if you could find your own place to live without the other, would you do it?

Broadway out stream1.gifsoup.com/view1/4585272/curtains-closing-o.gif

2744743

For Coco: What was it like working on costumes for a musical production?

Oh, it's absolutely wonderful! The ponies you meet, the performances you watch, the creativity backstage with the directors and writers; to know that I'm in the center of it all, it's almost like magic. It's beyond imagination, Bridleway in itself is everything anypony could ever dream of.

Favorite Manehattan hang out?

The Starbits up on Sixth Street. Sunbucks is alright, but Starbits has better coffee and they sell donuts. Doesn't help I'm addicted to the salted caramel cappuccinos.

The shopping malls; even if I don't buy anything, I love the glitz and glamour.

Who is your favorite Equestrian princess?

I'm against the monarchy. I've given up on them. 'nuff said.

Princess Twilight seems like an everyday pony who can relate to us, she has good policies and she's a hero to the nation. Out of all four, I admire her the most.

Where would you want to go in Equestria for a vacation?

Mareami! The beaches, the parties, the perfect weather, the amusement parks, it's paradise!

Maris, Prance. It's a world of inspiration and beauty.

...you forgot the romance bit. You know, where you meet a stranger and have true love for, like, two days.

That, too, I suppose, is also a benefit. Then again, I have a coltfriend, so I can't have "true love for two days".

*coughs* He's a freeloader who can't keep a job. *coughs*

*rolls eyes*

2744768 We live uptown, near Trots Square. And as for that quote, I love it! Such a positive, heartwarming and powerful message.

2745188

Coco, if you could work for any fashion designer, who would it be?

I once had the chance to work with Hoity Toity, but unfortunately, I was rejected. That was reasonable, though. I was in an audition list of hundreds of ponies. Hopefully, someday, I'll have another shot at it.

Grace, what would be the best place to visit? Worst?

The best? Easy, as I said earlier, Mareami. As for the worst, I've been to a lot of places, and lemme just tell you, one of the reasons I dropped outta college was because Fillydelphia is a sinkhole of a city. Don't go to Fillydelphia, even if their food is good.

Both of you, if you could find your own place to live without the other, would you do it?

You kidding?! No way. I can't leave this ball of fluff on her own, she'll get scared of her own shadow and trampled by everypony else in this big city. Plus, I hate living alone. Done it a lot before and it was always boring.

I'd have to agree. Despite your crazy antics, Grace, it would be a bit ... blank without you.

Aww, don't get sappy on me.

2745275
Two more questions for Coco, What's your favorite Bridleway show? What show would be the best to work for?
And Grace, what is the weirdest thing that happened to you?

2745261 Yeah, I used to live all the way up north, around 125th and Bridleway. Also, glad you liked it! ~White Starr

2745284

What's your favorite Bridleway show?

The Pony of The Opera. I understand how some might think it's a bit of a creepy story, but it's actually tragically beautiful. The music is fantastic, the setting is intriguing, the story in itself is so complex.

...you're weird and boring.

We can't all be mega-fans of Avenue Equestria.

What show would be the best to work for?

I would feel ridiculously honored to make costumes for Eclipse. It's such a memorable musical, even if it is a bit historically inaccurate.

What is the weirdest thing that happened to you?

Oh, man, I have to pick one? You're no fun. Well, okay, let's see... back when I was seventeen, right before I left Ponyville, I got a group of ponies I knew and we stole my ma's high-class carriage, but we crashed it into the lake. After I got rescued from almost drowning, the cops were about to arrest me for theft against an official, because hey, the mayor's personal carriage got stolen, but then my ma realized I was behind the scheme, so I ended up getting dragged home and I was grounded for two months. Long story short, I almost ended up in jail 'cause of my own mother. I have no regrets.

2745312
I love The Pony of the Opera too. Have you seen it's sequel? Also nice choice, I'd love to see you do the costumes for Eclipse.
And why am I not surprised Grace? Although, now i want to hear more weird stories from you...

Two more questions, one for each of you:

Coco - Given a choice between working at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza or as Suri Polomare's lackey again, which would you take?

Grace - Hypothetically, let's say the Sirens are real which they are; which one would you rather be stranded with on a deserted island? The sarcastic bitch, Adagio, the grumpy sourpuss, Aria, or the dopey airhead, Sonata?

2745181 Oh, how cute! My grandma's name was Jackie. Did you know AJ back when she ran away to Manehattan that one time?

Coco, what do you enjoy doing when you are alone?

Grace, any burning feelings that you would like to share about a certain stallion? :trollestia:

For both of you - what's your favorite musical soundtrack?

Do you participate in impromptu musical numbers? Did you ever start one?

2746696 Grace once--

SHE'S LYING. Whatever she's telling you, it's a lie.

She once tried to get me to sing "Welcome to The 60's" from Marespray with her.

It was stuck in my head all day because you dragged me to the dumb show! I didn't even want to see it, but nope, you wouldn't shut up about it so I went and now, unfortunately, I can still remember the lyrics to all of the songs.

*smirks* You can't stop the beat~

I hate you so much right now.

2745735 Avenue Equestria.

The Pony of The Opera.

2745501

Coco, what do you enjoy doing when you are alone?

Reading. I love getting a moment to relax and sit down with a novel. To be honest, it's one of the few things I have in common with Grace...

Grace, any burning feelings that you would like to share about a certain stallion?

LA, LA, LA, I CAN'T HEAR YOU, I DON'T LOVE MONTY.

Dan

Is Grace a JEP?

(Jewish Equestrian Princess)

2745405 No, I met her after she went to the city. It was funny how she disliked the city after she visited, but when I was little, all I ever wanted to do was visit Manehattan.

2745376

Coco - Given a choice between working at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza or as Suri Polomare's lackey again, which would you take?

Do not mention that game. Ever again.

...she's back under the blanket. Understandable; I made her play that game at midnight on Nightmare Night. She wouldn't sleep without a light for months.

Grace - Hypothetically, let's say the Sirens are real which they are; which one would you rather be stranded with on a deserted island? The sarcastic bitch, Adagio, the grumpy sourpuss, Aria, or the dopey airhead, Sonata?

Well, I can almost always get along with somepony who appreciates my love of sarcasm...

Dan

2749778

I guess Suri fits the stereotype better than Grace. Even if her name doesn't end in -witz.

http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/JewishAmericanPrincess

2749773 Huh. Maybe you'll get to talk to her some more during the Ponyville Tribal and Heritage Festival.
