While my writing and planning is proceeding at a steady clip in the ideas thread (got diverted by something non pony, sadly), I'd like to do some thinking about editing and analysis. So if anyone has a story of theirs they'd like me to look at and write some big words about please, post some links in the comments! I'm interested in stuff at any level of skill.
What I mostly hope to do with these is to do some really big picture analysis, not line-reviewing but getting at the nature of stories and what they're trying to say. Put the ol' English degree to some use! So drop some lines and don't be shy.
Well, I'm looking for fresh eyes to read and review the first 8 chapters of Darkquestria after the first edits are done. That would be before it's posted though, so it may not be the thing you're looking for if you're looking to post the reviews you do to your blog.

2732606 Alright. My editor's on chapter 7, but once he's gone through all 8 and I've had a chance to edit them up, I'll drop them by you.
If you don't mind reading a work-in-progress, then I wouldn't mind a critique on my story, A Dark Knightmare. It currently stands at three chapters, just under twenty-thousand words. For better or worse, I'd love to hear your opinions on it!
Consider me curious. If you're willing to do incomplete stories, then I'd like to see your opinion regarding Frequency. But, if you're only interested in completed stories, then I would instead request Ordinary World.
If you wouldn't mind, I would enjoy it if you could take a crack at reviewing Discords Very First Faithful Student. It's incomplete, but it's around thirty thousand words at the moment, so hopefully it does not seem too insubstantial, as far as reading material goes.
I wouldn't mind someone like you reviewing my story. It's My Muffin. I'm pretty sure I wasn't awake when I wrote it, but I'd still like your opinion on it.
