Hello everyone, this is Junster00741 and I want to ask for some advice. So I've been writing my story by hand now but as I look at what I typed before I still feel the emotions I put into it. It's pretty hard for me to erase because it's like erasing the truth behind the real story, yeah I know I can make them better but when you change them so many times you wonder what's the right way now...If that makes sense to you.
So I want some advice if that isn't too much to ask, would it be better to keep to the original or explore the new paths a story can offer? I fell like I've taken too many and now i'm lost so if someone can give me a little something to hopefully clear my mind that'd be really helpful. I do want to make stories that you'll like but at the same time I want to make stories that i'm proud of. I still have my originals except for the first story and war story. I'm recovering from erasing the war story because I put a lot effort into so if it isn't too much, can you tell me what would be best? Explore the new paths further or return to where it all started?
