    Hey, you remember me?

If you don't, don't worry, I probably won't be around much longer.

Okay, before I go any further, I just want to say that this blog is going to contain more vulgar language than I usually use. Because there's a lot of steam I need to let out.

Now the first thing I wanted to address is that fimfiction has Fucked me up big time!

A quote from Siddhartha Gautama (The Buddha) when faced with temptation

Pleasure is brief as a flash of lightning
Or like an autumn shower, only for a moment....
Why should I then covet the pleasures you speak of?
I see your bodies are full of all impurity:
Birth and death, sickness and age are yours.
I seek the highest prize, hard to attain by men—
The true and constant wisdom of the wise.

    Have this, because Nirvana.

The article is right here

if you don't follow my group, Rage Reviews, you wouldn't know that I recently started reading and reviewing The Chase. I guess Kudzu just so happened to be getting harassed at the time, so that was very bad timing as it caused a little drama on my part. Unfortunately this review has been eating up my time on Brothers until the end, which I had planed on getting done probably a few days ago. Nevertheless, the chapter is closer to being done, and then it shall be sent to the proofreaders.

Well if he got upset at you, then you know that you must have done something right. :derpytongue2:

Where can I find the review that got him so riled up?

I saw that, as you probably noticed from my activity on Rage Reviews. Also, one thing about The Chase that I didn't feel like mentioning in the thread is that it is so awful that it somehow managed to make me feel better about my own writing. I can't recall any fic on Rage Reviews that had me feel this way. It's strange, but it's something I felt like bringing up. Best of luck on getting through the next chapters for the review, because I'm predicting that the story gets worse as it goes along.

Also, feel free to take as long as you need on the next chapter of your awesome story. I'll definitely check out the next chapter once it goes up and I'm eager to read where it goes next.

I'm so happy to hear my review of that story is giving you confidences in your writing abilities.

2713012 I'm glad that makes you happy as well.

2713002 Wow, that story sounds fucking terrible.

You know, I have a story about a race war in modern day Equestria... but I spent about 80,000 words giving it backstory and setup to demonstrate why things are happening how they are. And the ponies in my story all have legitimate grievances as to why there is racial strife. Not only that, but I base it off of canon evidence!

But I guess that it turns out that I could have just written a million-word clusterfuck about pegasi hormones with no backstory and people *still* would have read it...

Does this mean that you got in trouble with the mods? If so then I'm sorry to hear that...

2713018 Really? Where can I read it?

2714084 The first story is called "The Trouble With Unicorns," and it is the 80,000 word setup to the race war that later engulfs Equestria in its Sequel, "Brother Against Sister."

Both of them stand on their own, and you can read either one in either order, and I have readers who started with BAS. Though I would suggest starting with TTWU if you really want the full understanding of the events. A fair warning, TTWU is a couple years old, so it isn't my best work, and only is compliant with canon up to season 3. I'd like to think it's still a good story, though :raritywink:
