Revenge of the New Year's Resolution · 4:33am Jan 2nd, 2015
I did one last year so I figured I'd post this year's. I mean I might as well keep up the tradition.
Before I'll do that I want to reflect on my resolutions from Last year.
1." Post a new story."
This is probably my biggest regret. I really have no excuse and it bums me out. I procrastinated a lot of the work and that means that story will most likely take another year to work on. Sigh. But on the bright side that other story I've mentioned before, concerning my laptop being stolen, is going smoothly so far. So that's a plus.
2. "Try a new food/Survive until 2015."
I'm a VERY picky eater. But hey I made it to 2015 AND ate something I never tried before. I forget the exact name. Early last year my father and I went to spend time with my older brother. He took us to one of those places where people cook the food IN FRONT of you. While I don't remember EXACTLY what I ate I remember the menu being odd to me. There was not one thing I had eaten before so I ordered randomly.
3. "Rule the World."
I acted hastily. But now as I sit in my secret lab on my secret island in its secret volcano I bid my time (SECRET TIME!). I will rule the world one day but I shall plot my next move carefully.
4. "Eat a sandwich."
Peanut butter sandwiches totally count!
5/6. "Make a New Year Resolution list/Do something lazy."
Easy as pie.
Now as for my new resolutions I can't really think of much really.
1. Post new story. (THIS TIME ITS GONNA HAPPEN IF I HAVE TO TEAR ONE OF MY ARMS OFF AND BEAT MY HEAD WITH IT!)
2. Be more diligent in writing. (Where it is LOB or the new story I have to be more consistent.)
3. Graduate with an AA from my current community college. (I dread doing the ceremony! ITS GONNA KILL ME WITH BOREDOM!)
4. Move to New Mexico/Attend college there. (If I do one I gotta do the other so might as well be the same resolution.)
5. Try to be less of a jerk sometimes...maybe...a little. (JERK!)
6. Do a blog a month. (Hopefully this will keep me focused on actually writing. )
7. Accomplish more resolutions on my list then last year. (AT least 5. WOHOO HIGH FIVE)
Well those are my goals for this upcoming year. Hope everyone has a good one.
