First I want to say Happy New Year everyone!
Now this blog is about members of MLP becoming different lanterns. As for as some of you know I started with Twilight as an Green Lantern. So I thought I look around and see if I can find some pictures of other being Lanterns. I found some and going to share what might happen.
Princess Luna joining the Sinestro Corps. Unlike Trixie, who join in Green Lantern's Light, Luna chooses to use her new lantern powers to help protect Equestria. Luna's ring came to her when it sense the other fear during Nightmare Night, but kept it hidden until the Black Lanterns appear. Luna is banned as a traitor to the Sinestro Corps.
Princess Cadance joining the Star Sapphires. I will say that Cadance became an member in the sequel to Green Lantern's Light, Hate and Love. Because of her love for Shining Armor, (He's an Red Lantern in the sequel as well) Cadance becomes the first Lantern to be on Twilight's side
Princess Celestia joining the White Lanterns. After the Mane Six/Justice League of Equestria/Elements of Harmony unwilling join the Black Lantern Corps, Celestia was visit by White Emotional Spectrum and makes her the White Lantern. Joining her is Luna and Cadance, then the Mane Six themselves.
Zecora unwilling joining the Black Lantern corps. Unlike other members, Zecora finds the Black Lantern ring and becomes under control of it. Zecora use her new powers to beat the Mane Six and make them members of the Black Lanterns. She is stop and free by the White Lanterns.
Those last two are base on the comics of Blackest Night and Brightest Day. I will say that I have never read those comics show I do not knw what happens. There also an little side story to my Green Lantern's Light Story.
Though I never see Twilight joining this corps, it part of my side story. What happens that Twilight (as an Green Lantern) is transported to another Dimension where she never became Celestia student, Luna never became Nightmare Moon, she never met her friends, never found the Elements of Harmony and join the Sinestro Corps instead of the Green Lantern Corps. Twilight fights her other self as well as teaching the other Mane Six about working together to over come fear.
One Lantern MLP Character I can't show because there no picture of him joining the Red Lantern Corps. Shining Armor join the Red Lantern Corps in Hate and Love. His hate come for the two Lanterns (Twilight and Trixie) fighting in Ponyville and how they could of hurt his sister. When getting the Red Lantern ring, he is blind by rage to draw the two Lanterns out. He only gets Twilight to come out but he doesn't know it her because of the rage in his eyes. He starts using his ring to defend Equestria after Twilight show him that she was the Green Lantern.
I have not yet pick out other MLP Characters to become Lanterns yet, but remember, the Mane Six are the Justice League of Equestria, so they won't become Lanterns (minus the Black Lanterns) , though I have found pictures of them joining the corps of all Lanterns as well as other side characters.
