A Brief Update / Holiday Antics!

Trouble always seems to come in twos and threes, and man when this stuff rains, it frakkin' pours. Anywho... Last week I did a complete reinstall on my big beast computer; thought that I had it all worked out, and then just when things were going good, last night (Sunday night) I put a DVD on pause to go eat dinner. When I come back, there was a terrible black screen on my computer notifying me that my windows media was nowhere to be found. S'right... nowhere! What did this mean? It meant that my hard drive was kersplat! Kablooey!--as in, kaboom, erupt, explode, blow-to-kingdom-come, fulminate... you know... reduced-to-total-shit!

So with some extra special sweet talk to my wife, and some of the most manliest of groveling, I convinced her that it was in my best interest to swap my junk computer for my awesome work laptop, and that I needed another smaller more compact and robust work laptop.

And here I sit, typing away on the new laptop.

You may be asking yourself. "What in blue holy hell does any of this have to do with anything?" or, "Why in blue holy hell in winter should I even care about this bastard's computer issues?" The reason my friend, is that it has everything to do with my current fan fictions. Which when refined further means... I haven't wrote shit in several days. And with National Jesus vs Santa day just a few days away, it is very doubtful... there is a chance, but doubtful that I'll get much written until after Christmas. So if you want to cry... go ahead and cry. If you want to drag me to the sidewalk and beat me until I piss blood... well then, that's okay too.

Rest assured though, that there will be more Bunderbliss on the way, so try to at least go easy on the hands when you start curb-stomping me like a gambler that's past due on his loans.
