Sorry for the hiatus there, i'm working on Blood Mage again. i was in a pretty dark place for a while, and i had to avoid the story for reasons that are very personal. Suffice it to say i'm back for now, though if i have another breakdown, i'm not sure if i'll be able to get on to tell you guys. So... tentatively back, then. i'm really sorry about the wait, and i'll understand if you hate me for it.

Hate you? Because you took a short break after losing a family member? No one here would ever hold that against you. I'm surprised you're already back. I've seen others take several months off to deal with real life and everyone was perfectly fine with it. This is an excellent story and you shouldn't force yourself to continue if you're not ready. It will just cause you to dislike it and make you want to quit. You can take as long as you need until you feel ready to move on, everyone will understand.
2620638 It's purely catharsis right now. i'm not sure if this is going to be the best of chapters, but it's one i need to write. i go to a specific place when i write Blood Mage. That place is filled with all my depression, self loathing, and tears. i need to spend some time there right now to help me get everything back to being right.
