Yesterday I left the Minneapolis airport and took about a four hour flight to the sunshine sunshine ladybugs awake state of California! I'm taking a week long vacation trip with family in San Diego.Which is german for a whale's vagina. I've never been on the other side of the country before, so this is all new to me. I've been to the ocean on the east coast off of South Carolina, now I can check off 'reaching both sides of the ocean off my check list of things I've done.
Its so funny how we walk around and see the locals wearing sweatshirts because it's 72 degrees out, and here I am wearing shorts and a t-shirt. 
Can't imagine how they could handle the north.
Anyways, while I was on that plane, I had nothing but my laptop and no wi-fi, so I thought, hey, way don't I start writing something again? So I got to work on doing a complete rewrite for my unpublished story "Brothers till the end." I think I'll post the prologue later after I come back and see how that goes. But know this I will post that first chapter before the year ends, or die trying!
