Background info:
The "Lightning Riders" are the volunteers who supply various Selenian Rebellion FOBs with whatever materiel they need. It can be ordnance, intel, food, medical supplies, money or anything else.
As they are utterly vital to the Selenian Rebellion, enemy forces will often target them. As a result, the job is extremely dangerous. The vehicles they use are standard civilian cars and trucks (on Earth) or carriages and chariots (in Equestria).
And yes, I am working on a new chapter of the story.
