How to Deal With an Account Made by a You Who Hasn't Existed for Seven Years

Today is my seven year anniversary of joining this site. While I haven't posted on here in a while and am conspicuously not looking at any specific story I keep telling myself I'll get back to one day, I have still been somewhat active in reading on this site. The more time that's gone on, though, the stranger it is to look at the stories I have here, and not just because one of those stories is

This Blog is About The Immortal's Burden

tl;dr up front: No, it isn't getting a sequel unless I get an idea I feel is good enough to follow it up.

So I've seen some comments asking me to make a sequel for The Immortal's Burden, and they have a couple upvotes, so it seems like at least a few people want this. I'm sorry to bear bad news, but that's probably not going to happen for a couple reasons.

What's Half an Inch Long and Stuck in My Root Canal?

Gosh, it's been an interesting two weeks.

In terms of good news, I got a chapter of Hourglass posted, cementing myself into a monthly update schedule! I don't think I've ever been this proud to be this pathetic. Hopefully when the story picks up, so will my schedule. Hopefully. Fingers crossed.

Like Sands Through The Hourglass, This Is My Mental State

Okay, so at the start of November I started posting my story Hourglass for NaNoWriMo. I already had some chapters written when I published the story so I could have a buffer in case I missed some writing in my planned every-other day schedule. I had preplanned individual chapters far ahead to reduce time in brainstorming and writing.

New Story and Why You Can't See It. · 9:10pm Sep 21st, 2014

So a little bit ago I was on a terrible story because I hate my eyes and I made a comment. A couple people told me to make this into a story. After a bit of thought, I did. I didn't submit it though, because reading over this it is way to meta to get passed, imho. For anyone who wants to read the story I made out of that comment, though, it is called The Parable of the Pony. The password to the story is "nuggets" (without the quotation marks).

I hope you guys enjoy it, and if not please tell me why you didn't! The story is about accepting criticism after all.

I've read the whole thing and I say publish it I dont see any meta in this other than the author who wont change obviously being jussonic. And the message I completely agree with it, its a message me and other writers live by always seeking to improve from criticism and other such sources so I say submit you'll get an up vote and favorite from me

2472992 You make a good point, though I meant for it to apply to anyone who holds that mentality, not just one user. I submitted it. It probably won't pass, but I'll edit this blog if it does. Thanks.
