I just wanted to let everyone know that the difficult phase is over and that people who have been waiting so patiently (as well as those who have not) should not need to wait much longer. The words have been laid, now I shall make them pretty.
And so far my current class is pretty easy, plus with Wednesday off and a free weekend I should have plenty of time.
That is all.
Actually, before I forget. Everyone should give rumblealex another rousing round of appreciation for yet another piece of Etherea fan art! Which I can't show you. And you'll need to be 18 to see (or can at least fool the internet into thinking you are). Still! Everyone should thank the man (Are you a man? I'm not going to check under your tail...) for being a steady source inspiration for me to keep plugging away.
Oh, and thanks to those who helped me with my questions. It's funny, but I later had an actual officer confirm much of what had been talked about. That was an awfully awkward conversation for me. How to ask a uniformed officer about procedure without making it sound like I'm into or have witnessed criminal activity...

Really? I would have just stated that I'm a writer, and was looking for facts to make my story as realistic as possible. But that's just me.
