It's been a while, hasn't it? I haven't given up on The Oddity, though. In fact, I've been diligently editing it. This post is meant to get you up to speed on what changes have been made. Note that the story itself has not changed, just the events within it and how they are portrayed has changed.
Major Revisions:
Odd Job no longer has a cutie mark. He is, has, and always will be, blank-flanked.
Odd Job has not picked up a Rarity statuette. Early on in Chapter 2, this was supposed to happen, but that sequence has been removed.
Journeys in the story are now based off of this map.
Stable 7 has been changed to Stable 75. Its placement on the map above is referred to in Chapter 2.
Some sequences have changed entirely due to the new locations of things.
Minor Revision:
Changes in wording
Chance's coat is now white instead of grey.
Chance's attitude has changed. I plan to be more consistent with character portrayal because of this.
There are now more concrete reasons behind Chance and Odd's actions.
Ditzy is now Derpy.
And, that's all I can remember for now. I'll get to work on creating a new image for this story soon (now that Odd Job has no cutie mark, that thing on his flank doesn't do very much). In the meantime, enjoy the story!
