Wow, just wow.
Yesterday was freaking incredible. My first ever convention. I was so scared about the panel but after some reassuring time before it with Knighty, Blueshift, Scribbler, Metaphor and Arcainum, it went so much better than expected. I even managed to make people laugh!
I spent waaaaaaaaay too much money and I will post a picture of my BUCK haul when I get home this evening. I hope some of you were at the panel, I certainly saw some of my friends there. As for the con? Holy shit, what a con it was. There was always an activity on and I had fun the entire day.
Oh and Knighty spent £820 on a plushie in the charity auction :P

Loved your panel. You could have done with a dais or something, as I was about halfway back and couldn't see a thing, but luckily you all spoke clearly so it didn't matter too much. Heaps of interesting insight between the six of you. Plus, nice to finally meet you in person!

2401177 Yep, I had quite a literary first half of Saturday: the fanfic panel and then G. M. Berrow's one. I was always going to come to the fanfic panel, though, given that I was one of about three people who still had their hands up for the "More than 10?" question during the bit at the beginning asking how many fics we'd written. :P Besides, Blueshift had already told me I had to, and who'd argue with him?
I need to read some of your stuff, too. I have "Just a Little Prick" on my e-reader, but BUCK has meant I haven't had time to get round to it yet. I'm looking forward to doing so eventually, though.
