Due to the fact that I am hellbent planning to write a major Crossover series that are pretty large-scale, I do inevitably need I guess... things... to write about right?!
So while MAIN characters are going to only be from Marvel, DC, StarCraft, TF2, Attack on Titan and Strike Witches, the entirety of the CAST can be from any franchise. (I.e Halo, Command and Conquer, random-thing-in-the-back-of-your-head-you-are-thinking-of-now). So what I am thinking essentially is...
REQUESTS! Give me some! And I'll be happy to see what I can do. Though I am primarily looking for things like potential ANTAGONIST characters. Anything from the above mentioned will be fair game as of now. (I.e, I've began writing [And published] a fic featuring Red Skull as the "Big Bad" character, I suggest you check that out) and that I've already began planning out a fic involving the Crime Syndicate. (See Crisis On Two Earths, essentially an "evil justice league" of sorts).
Now without further ado, feel free to list any characters down that you might want to see later on! Even if I have no clue to what it is... hey... I can always pirate the movie/book/game read a crash course upon the subject.
On the subject of protagonist characters though... the only restrictions here are:
Marvel characters who have not been given a live-action movie will not be used. (No Giant-man)
DC characters aside from Slade MIGHT be used... though for reasons that may involve the fact that Slade's had beef with literally every character in the DCverse... perhaps it's best he might come solo... always.
Any Terran character from StarCraft is fair game.
All the TF2 CLASSES are used. Side characters (Saxton Hale, The administrator) will probably not be used.
All the Attack on Titan characters are fair game EXCEPT for Eren. (Disappointing, right?)
Any of the Strike Witches characters are fair game, ASSUMING they are a witch. (No OCs. I've had a bad time with those already.)
So without further ado, I am open to ideas if anyone is willing to post.
I vote for, Kefka from Final Fantasy 3 (SNES and I think VI overall) He us a great bad guy. He didn't just say he was going to do this or that. He gets beat and goes screw it, and nukes the entire planet.
Hmmm, you already used my favorite Strike Witch in the last one. I like Erica Hartmann too, because she tends to be really lazy unless fighting, but you already have her.
Yoshika is kinda OP with her shield ability and healing power, so not going to recommend her. Lynette is kind of cool since she's a sniper with that massive gun. If you want another mini-Pinkie Pie that likes to nap like Rainbow Dash and eat all the time, then Francesca works. If you want someone to race with Rainbow Dash, bring in Charlotte.

I am saddened to say I have not had time to read your current one yet.
So I don't know the two strike witches have there striker units this time. I just hope you remember these two in this one never wear pants, stockings, or leggings... especially Hartmann.

All the characters will come back at some point when something REALLY big happens. While ~6 characters will be present most of the time, if some REALLY REALLY big bad guy comes in (Darkseid, Thanos, Galactus, Amon, Hades, ETC) comes in, we'll have A LOT more than 6.
You know... the last part... maybe it might come true...
Of course... to avoid committing any canon-rape, a Dragonball will probably end up being pulled.
I would have liked to help more, but well as you can probably tell, Strike Witches is the only one of your list I really know. I have seasons 1 and 2, plus the movie. I hear some three episode thing is coming out next month that's a sort of closure for the series. Apparently, there will be a completely new series sometime after that, instead of a continuation.
I do say you did a good job on the first story too. I didn't know 1/2 the stuff the other characters were from, but you gave enough information for each to make it work really well.
This is the list of the information I know about the franchises you use:
Marvel - I have seen the movies. ^-^
DC - uuuhhhhhh Marvel's competitor. I have seen a few of the Batman movies.
StarCraft - A Space RTS by Blizzard, that is not WoW or Diablo
TF2 - Some FPS game. Has distinct characters for each class, and something about the players like hats.
Attack on Titan - Anime in my watch someday list. Has a character that likes potatoes or something like that I am told.
Strike Witches - In my top 15 anime, Watched more than one time. I have rated it 9/10 on myanimelist.
EDIT: Oh oh, I know. Nina Wang from Mai-Otome. She would make a good bad girl for you. She kinda goes offer her rockers and becomes bad for a bit in that show. Or. Scar from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood before he starts helping. Some boomers from Bubblegum crisis could make some nice henchmen types.
I will stop bugging you after this last one. Able Nightroad from Trinity Blood, he's mostly a good guy and could be helpful to your cast in something maybe. He's almost or just over 1000 years though.
I feel like Annie Leonhart from Attack on Titan could be interesting... the fact she is in a giant crystal at the moment doesn't matter.
Handsome Jack from Borderlands 2 could be a good antagonist.
Why not Death or War from Darksiders?
