You may have noticed the pile of unfinished stories.
I don't want to put any on hiatus (although, to be honest, I wouldn't hold your breath on The Cells) but I'm having major trouble continuing them to a point where I'm happy. So I (we?) have a problem.
32 is pretty old to be writing on a pony website, but there you have it. I used to watch that old clip of the Ramones playing 'Happy Birthday', now I watch this.
So, if you have questions,* I will answer them. I have an office day.

The amount of time given for the contest was just way too short. I had an idea for it and I did the outline and I wrote a little bit of it and decided, this fic I am looking at could be FIVE times better if I just write the thing for myself and deadline be sent to tartarus.
I mean which is better, to have a fic that is competing against what looks like 100 other entries by the time it is up of which only a few will even get scaled, that isn't ones best work because it was rushed, or providing everyone with the best that one can produce?

I missed the deadline for the most dangerous, etc contest, and told myself that I'd publish on my own time... And that story is still I development hell. This time I promised myself it'd be different...
Although admittedly I got the idea Saturday night, so. We'll see.
To quote Douglas Adams: "I love deadlines. I like the whooshing sound they make as they fly by."
