I've been in my current college for 2 and a half years. I've made a dozen presentations, including a kickass one just this semester that not only was my best one so far, but also provided me with the highest grade in the class and was the topic of the week. I've studied all the books I can find on the subject of being a good presenter and how to build presentations properly from scratch. I practice over and over again, until they reach perfection. I can make a presentation out of chalk and a blackboard if need be. Hell, I did it twice before! To cut a long story short, I'm not greenhorn when it comes to this sorta stuff. It's my fucking bread and butter.
So I can say, with every ounce of certainty in my bones, that my college IS FUCKING CRAZY!

FORCING the students to use flash as a tool for presentation is the WORST idea they ever had. And trust me, they try really hard to have fucked up ideas.
Flash is not good for presentations. Okay, 'not good' isn't the proper term. It's not practical, really. Powerpoint is way better and simpler to use. But my point is that they should not even force the students to use a software only because they taught us how to use it, like, a year ago. It's complete bullshit. A presenter should use the tool he or she is most comfortable with. It allows him or her to have a sense of domain over his or her presentation, filling them with confidence, which is essential when it comes to presenting something. So, the restrains they create only makes my job harder for no fucking reason at all 
I know Flash has some pretty neat tricks for presentations specifically. But the thing is, they didn't teach me how to use it. They taught me how to program Pac-man and Pong and how to animate a guy walking and whistling, but that's as far as it goes. They never mentioned anything about how to use it for presentations. And all of a sudden they decide every student should make a presentation on .swf format.
Alright... got it out of my system. Breathing really hard now. Rage should subside in a few minutes.
Which reminds me, does anyone know how can I convert .ppt presentations to .swf? I've downloaded 4 softwares so far, but they were complete failures

Chapter 4 hasn't been touched at all my last post. As you can clearly see, things are not exactly... dandy IRL. But I have good news! I was able to squeeze some time to write my other fic, a oneshot of the SALT Colab. I'm going to be posting it this sunday, EqD time, since those are the rules. Hope you guys like it, it was a blast to write it

Hahahahaha. But no worries, I have found a solution!
All I have to do is graduate, start a master's thesis, get a degree in Game Design as a Master, go back to my college, steal my teacher's job then I'll be able to implement a rule where the students can choose whatever software they want to creat their presentation. No biggie
