Random thoughts in my head..
Suppose the Elements of Harmony had hidden powers that enabled upgrades accessing the classical elements (fire, water, earth, air, lightning, etc.) I believe this would be the incantation to unlock them.
"I call upon thy true names of thy Elements of Harmony. Grounding. Empathy. Zen. Selflessness. Positive Energy. Love. With these names invoked, grant us your hidden power."
I got it from a WMG of the show in TV Tropes before it got deleted for "cleanup".
"This power upgrade will give them powers of the traditional elements, allowing them to use actual attacks to have more action scenes against bad guys. Twilight will keep Magic, though she will be given an insight few other ponies have had before, allowing her to do a wide variety of more spells. Rainbow Dash will be Lightning, for obvious reasons. Rarity will be Fire, since it's not only beautiful, it gives warmth and light, matching her element of generosity. Fluttershy will be Air because she's graceful and has a sweet, light personality and can fly. Applejack will be Earth, because she's strong, hardworking, and down-to-earth. Pinkie Pie will be water because she can be wild at times, not to mention that water is FUN."
