If you could change one thing in one of my stories what would it be? Would it be a scene? A plot change? A character direction? If you were the writer of one of my stories, any of them, what would you change, how would you do it, what would be the outcome you think, and why?
Why am I asking this? I'm curious and I like to know what my readers think.

And, I would have added an epilogue to One More Shot.
Pretty tough call, but I probably would've toned down the cruelty in Diamond Tiara's backstory in "Why Am I Crying". I would've still had her mother die, but outside of meeting Silver Spoon the summer camp would've just been a sort of transition phase. And rather than have it so that Apple Bloom's friends were supposedly making fun of Silver Spoon, I would've just had it be that Diamond Tiara was mad that Apple Bloom didn't remember her. There would still be some guilt on Apple Bloom's part, making her feel like she was to blame for Diamond Tiara becoming the monster she seemed to turn out to be. But it would be more realistic. There's enough tragedy as it is, and pilling on the misery does get tiring after a while.
You're a pretty good writer as it is, probably among the best this site has to offer.
I would choose to leave your stories as they are. I would rather read what comes from YOUR imagination, and my making any changes would taint the good works.

I know it might make the story seem cheaper, but personally, I would change why am I crying to have diamond in a coma.

Think about it. I'm not saying she has to wake up ever. It could make for some really powerful scenes with the CMC talking to Diamond in her vegetable state. Heck, even just apple bloom trying to apologize to diamond for what she went through...That, written correctly, could be probably the first piece of fiction to make me literally start sobbing my eyes out.
That they didn't suck to much.

I probably would have not made Flash Sentry Twilight's lover, just because that really seemed to come out of nowhere and did nothing for the story itself.
I still can't come up with anything other than the "I love you's" in Treating Her Right. Otherwise, I have little to say about your writing style. It pulls people in, captivates them, keeps them tuned, makes them fave and watch.
I got an idea: Stop being so damn good at what you do.
