Check this out if you have zero clue what I'm talking about haha.
Did bodyweight squats in front of my physical therapist, and they were good!! Super smooth, great range of motion, and zero tightness for the first few sets. This puts me on step 4 out of 5.

FINALLY!!! · 4:53pm Jul 3rd, 2014

Well.... it's over... finally OVER! After what felt like years of writing this thing and getting myself more and more cornered into an inescapable abyss with every chapter I (hope) finally figured out a conclusion that ends this while making some sort of sense. Yeah it's nonsensical as the rest of the story but I feel that it works... after all this is pretty much the original ending I had in mind (with a few changes). So yeah, thanks for reading this thing! This was the first thing I wrote in over 10 years and now that I finished it I feel like I'm back in my groove! And really, that was the best thing this story could've done for me (apart from giving me all you fine readers... lol).
