My Grandma; Published Children's Book Author

Well, I know now where I get it from. My grandmother on my dad's side, Carol Wallery, has recently written and illustrated a short children's book about fairies. She published it on her own and is just starting off. It's called The Adventures of Loriel the Wood Fairy. I even have a copy sent for me to read to my daughter. It's quite the cute and funny little story. 8 chapters long and a little over 6k words, I think.

I'm proud of her, and I hope she does well in the future. She has plans for bigger and longer sequels as time goes by, and I can't wait to read them.
