Legion of Shadows is almost here! · 11:46am Jun 6th, 2014
Family, For the Record, and Sentry's Basket all take place within the Legion of Shadows storyframe; as it is the direct sequel to Arch of Shadows, I'm hoping to make several improvements.
I'm going to also be changing up my style a bit as well, as instead of writing first in a third person processor, I'll start my writing right here on the site! That means that, overall, the chapters will be more logically broken up, and will likely be shorter, making each chapter more like a peice-meal instead of an hour's worth of reading at a time.
Nonetheless, all three aforementioned stories are technically different from each other, despite being closely related. Two can be considered comedies, while the third (For the Record) is more tragic in nature, as it mostly takes the PoV of Shining Armor, Cadance, and Flash Sentry.
When incorporated into the story, all of these will be taking on the PoV of Sunset Shimmer (more likely than not, could be one of the other villians otherwise) which will give a different feel to all of these portions.
Anyways, I hope to get a chapter of Legion out next week. The story itself is going to backtrack as to explain how Sunset met up with her allies and all that, so it won't jump right into the parts already "published" for the sake of story.
