Hello and welcome, denizens of the internet, to my insanity plead blog about brightly coloured horses, which is always about MLP.
Now, recently, I found out Ronald Emmerrich recently acquired the rights to the Stargate franchise, a series I hold dear to my heart, filled with original heroes and villains, awesome fight scenes and legitimately thought provoking questions.
And it's going to be a reboot based entirely around the first film and have nothing whatsoever to do with the tv shows that I all loved equally (ignoring Universe, which I like to consider as The kne nobody talks about for a reason).

However, I'm not here to complain about things, which I have never done, ever.
No, I'm here to come up with insane theories/comparisons, with information to try and futilely back me up!
What are they you may ask?
Simple:
Queen Chrysalis is just like the Goa'uld Hathor.
The similarity is stunning, I know.
But I am serious. I do see similarities between these two characters, and am now convinced that Changeling (Queens) act like Goa'uld, having no true gender and acting like superior godly beings. So in other words, all Chrysiclop fics are just a Pony having sex with a creature that has a feminine personality.
So in other words, this is a blog explaining why my headcanon is absolutely perfect.

Now, enough of my insane rambling, actually, MORE of my insane rambling, let's begin!
REASONS FOR HOW I'M NOT PULLING THIS OUTTA MY ASS!

Now, my first similarity is something between their appearance, something you'd never guess from looking at them, besides the obvious similarities between the two.
Yes, I know the similarity is uncanny, but I'm not talking about that.
Now, during the finale of The Canterlot Wedding, Part 1, when Chrysalis kills banishes Twilight to the Shadow Realm Canterlot Mines, the first thing she does is speak in a more intimidating fashion and have her eyes do a freaky glow.

Now then, guess what a certain species from a Stellar Circle series do?

If you guessed Someone in the contact lenses department fucked up, then, yeah, you're right, but that's besides the point! These two villains have both shown a tendency to have a more intimidating voice and eye glow when facing down people they mean to frighten or intimidate. A coincidence, you say! Well, maybe, I concede that No I don't Yes I do No I don't YES I DO! NO I DON'T YES YOU DO DUMBASS! [Sorry, split personalities were just fighting] then, prepare for me to BLOW YOUR MIND!

The way these two villains capture their prey is also surprisingly similar, with both of them using a form of hypnosis.
"DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURR!" "Um, is he alright?" "Yes, perfectly fine." "DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURR!"
Queen Chrysalis was able to hypnotize Shining Armor into believing she was his fiance, thus able to feast off the love from him (how she did it is up to your personal opinion it was totally through sex though), and used it to become even more powerful and supercharge her hive of Changelings.
So, what does Hathor do?

THE EXACT SAME THING!
Seriously, she even steals love from people!
But in this case, Love = Semen.

Anyways, Hathor even collects the love for the same reason, which brings me to my next point:

Now, we all know Queen Chrysalis is an insect, and if she's anything like an Ant or Wasp or Bee, she gives birth to her children via eggs, as seen in this official artwork.
Is that bulge your egg sack or are you just happy to see m-wait, aren't you supposed to be female?
Guess what the point of a Goa'uld Queen is?
It's hot until you realize she's got mind controlling Grub-Snakes crawling out of her vagina.
Why, to infiltrate enemy strongholds, hypnotize/seduce men, get genetic material (semen), and give birth to a vast army of mind-controlling snake creatures with a God Complex!
Remember what I said about this show being weird?
Anyways though, that's not the last comparison! They even have similar goons (who also happen to be their children!.... Kinda.)

Anyways, I know what you're thinking: How in the Hell could I compare the Jaffa, a race of genetically modified humans with a warrior culture, to the Changelings, a race of what appear to be magically modified ponies with a warrior culture? I mean, it's not like they both recklessly battle their foes for the sole whims of their ruler.... Wait.

Seriously! Queen Chrysalis during the entirety of the Canterlot Wedding pretended to be Cadance, the Alicorn (read: Goddess) of Love!
How the Tartarus anyone fell for it however is anybody's guess
Hathor is, well, Hathor, the Egyptian Goddess of Womenhood and Fertility.
Hey look, a legitimate resemblance!
And, as previously stated, both of the, used these disguises in order to feed off the love (semen) of males to power themselves, and their children. The fact that both of them disguised as Fertility/Love Goddesses is no coincidence. No, I believe that Chrysalis is this universe's equivalent to Hathor.
