A bit more about Cult of the Nightmare, and other tidbits · 3:40am May 31st, 2014
Hello all! Thanks for reading my work. There's so many more deserving authors on FiMFiction, I'm honored you chose me.
So! Without getting into too many spoilers, we're moving into the second half of Lilith, and the moment of truth. I can't say for sure how many chapters are left, but I'm beginning to lay the foundation for the climax, which I hope will surprise and satisfy you. The next few chapters, I'm hoping, will be a bit more emotional but still quite hot. When I wrote the first chapter of Lilith, I fully expected it to be a oneshot, so I'm really surprised at how well it's gone over.
About my latest work, Cult of the Nightmare. I wouldn't expect this to update quickly or regularly. It's a bit of a personal project based on an idea I've been sketching out. I'd really like to explore the nature of darkness and light in this, because I find a lot of stories tend to keep the line between good and evil solid. Even in cases where characters do bad things for good reasons, they're either turned from the path of darkness, or become properly evil. I plan to challenge that: Ponies will act on their own motivations, and one of the driving forces of the plot will be how morals can be rather subjective. I plan for the story to follow three characters, each with a different approach to this new challenge.
Also in the pipeline is a new story that visits an established universe in the Mind Control group, hoping to get that out soon. Plus, I'm contributing to a couple of up and coming stories, and I've started a new RP blog that I hope to really knock out of the park: elementofconceit.tumblr.com. So check that out, tell me what you think. Stay cool, and beware of sexy mares offering gifts.
