News and another preview · 9:00pm May 19th, 2014

He abruptly awoke with a small gasp. The world of the living flooded around him but it was all a blur. Fortunately, it only took a minute before it cleared and he slowly grasped what senses he could.
He felt strange almost immediately. There was no sense of warmth nor cold, like a strange fog was all around him. The air was but he could not feel it... like it passed through his body. When he opened his eyes, he soon found why.
His form was still the same as ever. Bipedal and nearly bare of fur with an old robe covering him. What was different was the bluish glow covering his body from top to bottom.
He stretched and curled the five digits on both his forelimbs. Curious fascination grew as he was received with a tingling sensation, and afterwards, looked from himself to his surroundings.
It was a crypt, covered in the hieroglyphs that worn out by time. A drip, drip, drip caught his ears and he saw droplets of water seep through the many cracks on the walls and ceilings to gather into small pools. In the center lied a great coffin shaped into the very being whose corpse rotted inside.
He recognized it immediately. The coffin was his. The entire tomb was his. Yet, here he was, standing inside of it.
