Fourteenth Post-"Playing a game of Ponies." · 12:08pm May 13th, 2014
So my birthday has come and gone, again. Thanks for wishing me a good one, you heartless jerks.
Nah, I don't care that much. My friends and family gave me all the attention I deserved. One of my teachers brought me a paper party hat, another brought me Mother's Day cupcakes. And I got some really good loot from my friends, including a Pinkie Pie plushie, which is cool because my parents turned around and bought me Rarity and Fluttershy to add to the collection. (If you could see my room, you wouldn't even know what to think.)
But one of my personal favorites came from a friend of mine, in the shape of the My Little Pony card game.
At first, you wouldn't expect much of a game like this. It seems like something you might mess around with for laughs. But the game overall is very impressive, and boasts some unique strategies and play styles with each deck. The cards themselves look really good, with several familiar background ponies, as well as some you've likely never heard of. Sadly, I haven't gotten a Bon Bon card yet. But I'm still looking!
Anyway, this was just meant to give you all a bit of a review on the game. If you're interested in hearing about my time spent playing it with my friends, feel free to let me know! I'm out. Peace.
