So, it's over. Done. The end. Season Four has finished... spectacularly. I can honestly say that this has been the best finale so far, and the two-parter has definitely made it into my list of top ten episodes. I have no idea what the exact order would be for that. Maybe I'll do some blogs like that in the future... '8_Bit's Top Ten _____ !' that I've seen people do before. Or perhaps make it a bit different... something like '8_Bit's Top Eight _____!' just to make it a bit different for me.
Anyway, for this blog, I shall be telling you all about the Season Four Finale meet-up I attended in London, which was easily the most fun I've had this year. No episode spoilers, so don't worry about that.
Some of the fun events that transpired include but are not limited to the following:
- Singing 'Apples to the Core' karaoke with KhaosSparkz , kjhf and the third guy. Didn't catch his name.
- Being able to identify GeodesicDragon just by his Irn Bru.
- Witnessing Tak mount Greatodyer over a dispute with an ice cube.
- Dancing Mr Bean style with KhaosSparkz to 'This Day Aria'.
- Having my eardrums destroyed by the ever loudening crowd during the finale.
- Teasle noting the resemblance between Tirek (with Alicorn magic) and this:
There were photos taken. Many photos, and there was even someone filming the karaoke, where I sang Pinkie's part for 'Apples to the Core'. I will try and find that video, and if/when I do find it, it will be posted here. I promise that. As well as any photos I find containing myself.
But one of the best things about the meet was... well, meeting people. As well as meeting so many epic people from the UKofEquestria forums, I also met some fellow Fimfictioners, namely Greatodyer and GeodesicDragon, who you can find by clicking their names. I highly recommend checking them out, they are awesome writers, and awesome in person too. Double dose of awesome, you can't go wrong with that. And a surprise guest turned up: EileMonty, who not only signed a poster for me (photo of that to come soon) but did her Fluffle Puff impression at my request. On-the-spot heart attack for me. She also sang a few tunes, including 'I Am Octavia', which I found myself listening to quite a lot during the time I was writing 'The Morning After'. Pipsqueak also did some rapping, during which he made direct eye contact with me for most of one of his verses. Kudos to him for that, I would have cracked up laughing.
Overall, amazing time was had. I may go as far as to say it's the most fun I've had so far in the Brony fandom, though my first pony convention (whenever that may be) will probably take that title, but for now? Season Four finale meet in London: the textbook definition of 'fun times'. Bring on the Season Five premiere!

Couple 'o reasons. Firstly, I do actually mention it in the paragraph about all the people I met, regarding how I listened to one of her songs quite a lot during the writing process for 'The Morning After'.
Secondly, after choosing the Blog title, I realized that if it was tagged, people might think I was gonna talk about part three. I can be a bit of a troll when the mood takes me.
