Are you looking for a place to discuss your favorite tv shows, movies, comics, games, etc with like-minded people?
Are you a fanfiction/creative writer who’d like a place to bounce off ideas, hone your world-building skills and even share some of your work for feedback?
Do you like round robins to really get those creative writing juices flowing?
I have some great news. I've had my commissioned a whole new story from the great Darth Link 22. It's a real pleasure working with the guy, he's really creative and talented.
Now I won't give any spoilers away, I'll just leave you guys a link to it here:
2085553 That doesn't mean anything. John de Lancie and Wierd Al Yankovic are both American, yet have done voice-work on the show. It's just more convenient to stick to one set of voice actors (Ocean Group, L.A., 4Kids, etc.) because it's not only cheaper, but shows like that tend to have actors record their lines together.
That's why Christopher Judge was able to do voice-work for Ocean Group-casted shows like "X-Men: Evolution" and "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe" despite not being Canadian himself: Because he happened to be doing work near Vancouver at the time ("Stargate: SG-1", if you're wondering). Even then, he could've still recorded his lines from Los Angeles and New York, and it wouldn't have made too much of a difference.
2085486 I see. Still have to watch that film. Still no idea who that is. I've got the DVD lying around since ages.
Also, 3 mails for 1 message. Sorry for that. Only read the newest. Would also have thought that I would be faster. Allergies and manual editing, blargh...
Who is Tim Curry?
Typing a certain mail right now, by the way.
2085483 The amazing voice of many cartoonish villains. Or as he's famously known for:
2085483 Also, thank you very much.
Does Tim Curry have Canadian citizenship? If not, it can't be. That would violate work codes for the show.
2085553 Really? Oh, I didn't know that was a rule.
I'm just saying, Tirek here really does sound a lot like him.
2085555
That's why, on Xiaolin Chronicles, only Tara Strong reprises her role from Xiaolin Showdown: she's the only one with citizenship.
Tim Curry in the show would be epic. It's probably a laid-off lumberjack.
2085562 Damn, that's a real kick in the teeth.
Ah well. Anyway, Maternal Instinct Ch13 will be up very soon. Keep your eyes peeled.
If it is, PRAISE THE CREATORS FOR USING HIM!!!

No, there really is a law... but I double checked, and big stars can be permitted after being vetted. So I guess it could be Curry.
2086944 Well, that's great to hear.
