Writer's block strikes again · 10:58pm Apr 18th, 2014
So I was thinking of having To Boldly Go being the next story to be updated, but alas, writer's block has struck me once again.
I've been getting that a lot lately.
Basically, this is a case of I know exactly what I want to happen in this chapter, but I'm somehow unable to produce it.
Ugh.
Basically, this is the chapter where Chrysalis, having been in Griffin Prison for 20+ years, finally escapes.
Obviously it's necessary for the grander plot.
And yes, I'll explain things better then the movie did. No worries there.
But yeah, I just can't seem to get my gears going, and any ways to help that would be appreciated. Thanks.
Sorry. Well enjoy this news

Yes Q will be encountering the rebooted J.J. Abrams Star Trek Universe!!!!!!
2022829 wow this actually totally lines up with an idea I had!
Take a wild guess as to who would play Q?
Exactly.
But that still doesn't solve my current issue.

Wow. I'm gone two days and it seems like everyone posts something while I'm gone.
I'll suggest something once I've caught up on everypony.
How powerful a shape shifter are changelings?
If she can transform into snake of a small child, she, or her rescuers, could infiltrate the ventilation shafts.
I'd also suggest finding a way to have her previous escape attempt sort of set up the actual one. To make her a smarter villain.
I 'm sorry, but that's all I have for now.
2028507 Pretty powerful, but she's got a horn clamp preventing her from using her magic.

Perfect!
So, her original escape in chapter 3 was to find a way to weaken the horn clamp.
Then all she needs to do is get the thing off, reek karmatic vengeance on her torturer, and beam up to her ship.
2028669 Exactly.
