I know I've been silent for a while but I've got a couple of bits of good news that I know folks will enjoy.
First things first, I've hashed things out with the artist I contacted earlier for the Broken coverart and it is now underway. I'm hoping to have Broken all polished and ready to go with coverart in late April, then start Mente Materia in early May. In the meantime, here's a preview!
On the subject of Stardust I see that I've gotten to two thousand likes! I know I've said it before but I never thought it would get this far! It's all thanks to my readers that it was as successful as it was.
Lastly, good news on the home front which will by extension mean good news for Mente Materia. I'm getting a new job! It's no longer work from home but I will be making significantly more in a far less stressful environment, which was a major problem for my writing mood towards the end of Stardust and Fortitude. The hours will be a bit more conductive to writing also, which I am greatly looking forward to.

Glad to hear all the good news... for a second when I read the "Good News Everyone" I was mentally hearing it in Professor Farnsworth's voice (which means it is the OPPOSITE of good news).
Come to think of it, an Xcom/FiM/Futurama story would be kinda awesome... hmmm...
But anywho, will be keeping my peepers open for Broken. Till then, good luck with your new job!

To be honest I had a character blog for a World of Warcraft character I played and roleplayed as for about 5 years. That was where most of my writing happened and it was interesting seeing how my writing style evolved over those years. My starting stuff was painful to read. More grammar mistakes and plot cliches than you could shake a stick at.
I like to think I've gotten better, though. Heaven knows having more feedback from readers helps. On that blog I counted myself lucky to get a comment and five reads.

It'll be released all at once, and while I don't -think- it'll be as long as Fortitude, I'm still not done so it's possible.
