Based Gaben has done two things:
1 - My Steam account has been returned and I have done the necessary changes to make sure I don't repeat myself in the future.
2 - He has graciously given my stuff back and reverted all trades made on the account since the hijacking WITH the tracked kills and stuff on them. So, I don't need to go running rampant and trying to re-purchase all that stuff again.
I'm just going to reiterate that I'm only adding trusted friends and IRL friends to my Steam. If you wish to play a game with me or something, then we can do that during any TF2 fim events if I bother to join them. Otherwise, I'll stick to playing with friends and what-not. As for trading, I'll just be more paranoid with who I trade with. I might stop trading altogether down the road, but, we'll see.
Anyways, I have my stuff back. I'm not going to let this happen again.
PS: If I do happen to add you because you're a friend, by the way, I will not click any links provided in the steam chat and I will not read any messages besides game invites. There are a select few friends I have that I'll read chat messages for, but, they're special exceptions.
Jokes on you. I don't play TF2 and rarely go on steam.

Well, I can't think of any way reading steam chat messages can be dangerous (well, other than insults and disturbing things, but those wont danger your privacy.)

I'll read them, I probably won't respond to a large majority of them. I have bad tendencies to do certain things when I'm chatting, so, avoiding them is my way of moderating my bad tendencies.
