Wow. I've missed you guys. Like, a lot. What a fucking week I've had (not difficult, just busy), and I'm ready to get saddled up again. This girl... obsessed might be a strong word, but we are pretty close. I don't think it's infatuation though. We've been friends for years, so we know each other extremely well. It's not like we just met or anything.
This girl came over to my house yesterday, and I'm not quite sure how everything didn't just... fall apart.
She told me one of her worst secrets at work (it's so bad, I actually won't say what it is), and when she came over I asked about it in my usual, Surry way. After spilling her heart out to me (we had been playing guitar and violin), I finally told her everything.
Everything.
Well, as it turns out, the "contest" is just a big popularity poll where the person with the most followers wins.
So, I dropped out of it, because that's bullshit.
And you know what?

Not fair for us authors with fewer followers, but it's ok. I won't compete for a month or so... I need to work on main story, and WTG stories

My most important story Spirits only has 200 something views... Talk about lame lol. That one is my baby, and I hope it gets to voices' level! Even if I don't get a ton of views just having a small fanbase would be amazing!

That's what pisses me off about that. Surry's stories are better than mine, but a lotof mine are more popular just because I have more followers. How fair would that be if Bats competed along with some new users? There's no real contest, no matter how good the other stories are. Even if Bats' story was his worst yet, he'd still get more views because Bats!
