A highly trained intelligence analyst. An ancient magical demon. A technomagically augmented amnesiac.
Three minds.
Two bodies.
One airship.
The Impossible Pirates
I imagined the demon would sort of share the cyberpony's body, like a passenger in a car, but maybe they just don't have what we would consider a body.
Also, the specifics were something like this:
1) Nightmare Moon (no longer evil) is sharing the cyberpony's body
2) The cyberpony is younger than expected, for a pirate captain
3) There's no real order to the pirate crew (which consists of three minds in two bodies)
4) They eventually manage to somehow get involved with Equestria and drive everypony crazy with pirate shenanigans
5) Also, the airship is steampunk because steampunk is awesome. No, you don't get to argue. Everyone knows steampunk is awesome.
Mind you, that's just some stuff I came up with. Feel free to ignore it.
