sniggles

I make really stupid stories, but it's fine since I enjoy making them.

    Anyone still around?

I'm back and I'm thinking of going back into the fray. I hope to uncover some skeletons I have in my closet and make peace with the community while I'm at it. For one, I'm really impressed with how much the aesthetic and design of the website has upgraded. Anyone can keep me up to date with any interesting developments? Firstly, anyone still around?

    Thanks

Even today, I'm still getting notifications of people shelving my works into their libraries. I find this extremely flattering, thank you all. Though it's far away, the past is still dear to me. To think that something that I did a year or two ago is still making some impact today, it's an amazing thing. But old clothes are meant to be grown out of, I'm afraid.

    A little announcement

Yeah i did say that i'd never be online again but i guess i lied... but the thing i didn't lie about is me not making any more stories. At least not on this account. Which comes to the subject of this blog: Will I make a comeback?

    Bye bye.

This announcement comes after an argument I had with my mom just a while ago, it was over really petty stuff so I won't elaborate on that in this blog post. But I will say that it did bring to light the importance for closure and clarification, which I'm going to strive for in this blog post.

    Damn.

Guys, I don't feel like I'm a brony anymore. I don't have that motivation to view pony-related content and stuff. It must really be because I browse reddit a lot... But then again, this phase would come eventually, I think.

Story histories: Button's Belle · 10:47am Mar 6th, 2014

Alright for those who are wondering why I changed my avatar back into the cat, it's 'cause I missed it.

And also, on to the story. It's the reason why I'm pretty big (compared to people who don't write fics) in spite of my laziness when it comes to writing. Alright, it was written out because of my frustration with people who were covering the ship; I loved the ship itself, but several stories on this ship made me stick my tongue out because it looked like the authors were toddlers! No offense to toddlers, but the horrible grammar and rushed story structures made me put my phone (or computer) down, and after one (pretty obnoxious) guy deleted my comment on his ButtonBelle story the criticized its rushed nature (among other things), I set about trying my hand at my own ButtonBelle. I was driven by some kind of external force of nature, I reckon, since I managed writing over 8,000 words in a day, a marathon by my already 3,000 to 4,000 word standard. It blew up overnight and I remember that feeling of getting 300 favorites overnight, literally; I'll never ever forget that. It was awesome, though I reckon it won't happen to me again for anytime soon.

Of course, being somewhat rushed, the story was lacking in some parts; I remember letting the kids in the PonyVille schoolhouse do this equation set by Cheerilee which even I got wrong initially and had to edit that out. Also, there was the criticism around my making of Button's mom drunk. Furthermore, I had the oppurtunity to put it into rating 'Everyone' but unfortunately my style of writing doesn't permit that, because mature details spice up the story all the more, in my opinion. But still, it had a good run and I enjoyed the fame, which was a sharp contrast to my first work C.i.P. which only got 100 views on its opening night. Of course, I couldn't disappoint the fans so I put in another 2 chapters until I got a rather conflicted feeling one day about the story. I asked, what if? What if my story is only famous because of the title? It's substance, in my opinion, is severely lacking when measured up with other ButtonBelles, and is definitely much less sane than the others. So I made the decision to cancel it. But fret not! As of today, I'm removing the 'Cancelled' status and replacing it with 'Incomplete' as I want to add something to close it, though I'm not too sure what. SO TELL YOUR FRIENDS or not since my story is mediocre and isn't worth spreading :(

Scratch that last sentence, I just want to say that the last chapter would probably be the opening for another story (a sequel, if you will), called Manehattan's Belles that's on my backburner. I've worked on the introduction only so don't expect it coming out this month (unless I'm genuinely that free). SPOILER BELOW SCROLL DOWN AT YOUR OWN RISK

It takes place in Manehattan.

You look like Wreckinskrubs from Youtube.

Also, I didn't even know Button's Belle was Cancelled. Happy to see it is back.

1901529 his original channel with the cat prof pic is gone :( youtube removed it for apparently no reason. He was my favourite yoytuber

:pinkiegasp: BEST NEWS EVER

Seriously dude I loved Button's Belle and I'm so exited to hear this news :pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy:

And this was why I left Button's Belle favorited, just incase there was some good news.
Wait... I'm following you anyways so I guess I would have known regardless. :unsuresweetie:
But at any rate thank you! :pinkiehappy:

1902059 As I have heard. At least we still have people like snipars and officialmcm.

1903149 fapplet is best.

My only complaint is that the last chapter felt rushed and left the series feeling incomplete at the same time. Maybe it would be better to call the "sequel" a "second season" instead, might feel a bit more fitting and make the end of "season one" feel a bit less "How the REDACTED is this a completed series?"

1909785 noted, it will have a theme that's a lot different and hopefully interesting.
