Imagine training grounds where writers would exercise in writing under strict watch of higher ups like in miltary boot camp.

No idea what happens next. Someone should make this a story. Like writers fighting like military with words or poems or something like that.

Exactly, but unless you actually DO things, you don't progress. Right?
It's more of a thought after reading lots of not high level stories.
Remember how Wanderer D makes his talks with Clueless User and Obnoxious?
For some people harsh training of repeating is a good thing even when they need to be creative with solutions. Because they need to have at least BASICS hammered into them.
And I'm writing this after my work. So it's probably reflecting...
