Or it would be interesting to see, if they accidentally change Fluttershys present, when they first travel to her past, when she never fell down on the ground and never got catched by the butterflys.
But I doubt that Fluttershy would do something like this, when the doctor says to her, that she shouldn't do something like that.

With the paradox like suggestion, I have told you where they would end up to.
The day and time, where Rainbow Dash as a filly raced with the other guys, before they pushed filly Fluttershy accidentally off the cloud.
They should go to Ponyville, 200 years in the future. And Twilight should still be alive, with the rest of them dead. Whether or not they meet is up to you.

hmm...1000 years in the past, when Discord was causing trouble a bit but before he got out of hand prompting the fight with the princesses, Everfree Castle. enemies, the Cybermen/ponies. friend, ponified Dalek Sec having somehow ended up in Equestria after he was killed by Dalek Cahn protecting The Doctor ala 2nd chance reincarnation. Cause it'd be neat to see him again and actually as a companion.

1799146 He was the leader of the Cult of Skaro and at first was a villain but during Evolution of the Daleks became a Dalek Human and regained the emotions he lost when the Daleks were first created. Cleverest Dalek of all and could've been a great friend for the Docter if he didn't die taking a death shot from Dalek Cahn meant for the Doctor. His plan would've lead the daleks out of the darkness and toward peace, something the Doctor was willing to help the daleks with. In the end he went out a hero.
