New Story: That Magical First Kiss · 1:21am Jan 27th, 2014

Dear Readers,

Hey hey hey! Got a little some'in some'in for ya!

Decided it's been a while since I did a Sparity one-shot, and after I saw the picture below, I knew exactly what I wanted to do: something sweet and funny, not overly-dramatic like what I've done before. I've been feeling sillier lately, when it comes to this site. Maybe it's all the cute pictures I keep coming across, particularly by this gurl right here. Seriously, check it out.

Anyway, without further ado, I present to you:

Enjoy, critique, etc!

P.S. Sorry about the delay between the story post and this, I had a movie to go to. On a brighter note, go see Her, in theaters now!

Just finished reading the story. As everyone else said in their comments, it was superbly done, showcasing the hilarity of the awkward mashed meeting of tongue and face that is a couple's first smooch, just like the artwork depicted. I also owe you for your comment stating your intention to put the above wonderful(?) illustration into writing, since it inadvertently inspired me to go one ecchi step beyond. I had originally wanted to contact you and maybe work out a way to reference your fic in mine as if they're in the same continuity, but after just finished reading, I can safely say that would sully your much better written story for our beloved dragon-pony couple. Whew, good inaction, past-Me. :derpytongue2:

I'm glad you're feeling all sillier, because while I greatly enjoy Two Weeks, all the drama is making me feel like I'm wading through a pool of angst trousers deep. A lighthearted oneshot like this is on good order. Of course, I and many others are still eagerly awaiting the resolution for Two Weeks, so don't stay chipper for too long.

Can't wait to see what you and Lumino might churn out next. I myself am planning a TxAnnie story where T talks to his dad, good ol' Spike, about girls and the confusions therein.
